EtaCarinae provides, among others, training services on different topics and highly modular according to the needs of each individual client, aimed at economic operators, Certification Bodies and obligated entities pertaining to any supply chain.
The offer starts from training activities foreseen and required by the regulations in force to which economic operators certified under schemes related to the biofuels, biofuels and bioliquids supply chain such as ISCC EU, ISCC CORSIA, Italian National Scheme under the DM of 07 August 2024, 2BSVS and other voluntary schemes recognized by the European Commission under the RED II Directive 2018/2001/EC, up to specific sessions on topics such as LCA, Carbon Footprint and GHG emissions calculation tools.
Our approach follows a procedure that allows us to implement a solution tailored to the desiderata of our clients:
- EtaCarinae first performs a preliminary assessment of the client’s framing and knowledge of the subject matter, going on to highlight the client’s intended objectives following the session and any specific aspects of interest to the client;
- Based on this, it proposes a preliminary agenda by defining:
- number and duration of sessions;
- mode of delivery. (i.e. in-person or remote);
- corporate personnel to be involved.
- The training session tends to be structured in four blocks:
- normative framing of the topic being discussed;
- Customer-specific operational management mode, with particular attention to the documentation to be produced;
- practical phase of exercises in which the client will simulate a real situation based on the theory covered in the previous sections;
- Q&A phase and possible resumption of topics that are unclear and/or not covered in sufficient depth;
Supporting materials and certificate of attendance
EtaCarinae prepares supporting materials for the presentation, such as slides, spreadsheets, and facsimiles of documentation and, if requested, shares them with the client in advance;
Following the training, EtaCarinae always issues a certificate of attendance reporting the topics covered to all participants, making itself available for follow-up should any doubts or shortcomings arise on the part of the client.
