The Execution regulation implements the provisions of art. 30 paragraph 8 of the RED II directive (EU 2018\/2001). Furthermore, the sustainability criteria for biofuels and bioliquids produced from palm oil are established. We remind that starting from 2023; the RED II directive provides some limitations on using palm oil. Sustainability criteria for biofuels and bioliquids produced from palm oil are also established.
